Springs High has no involvement in the maintenance or reliability of Pinnacle.
General
Information
Please keep in mind that although we hope to be accurate at all times, we are
still learning and adjusting to this new method of grading and reporting to
parents and students. This is merely meant to be a tool for communication and
not an absolute "etched in stone" grade or attendance report, certain things may
change on a daily basis. If you have any question regarding grades or
attendance, please contact the teacher first. He or she is the first contact
regarding what is in the grade book.

If you called in to excuse an absence, this may not show up on the Pinnacle
Viewer for up to two days beyond the absence. Please be patient and check back
before becoming alarmed.

E1: First Day Entry
FT: Field Trip
CL: Clinic
SO: Signed Out
FS: Fresh Start
Please do not be alarmed by these codes. The Pinnacle System is just reporting
all attendance codes as absences. Rest assured that the student is not actually
"ABSENT" unless you see the "UNEXCUSED" or "EXCUSED" absence code next to the
date and period of the day.
To access
this information you will need...
Your Student ID: Also known as your FSI# (Florida Student ID number). This
number is printed on the student schedule. If you do not know this number, you
may contact any one of your teachers for it.
The Pin Code: The student's date of birth typed as YYYYMMDD. Four digits for
year, two digits for month, and two digits for day. NO: spaces, slashes, dashes,
or commas. EX: This student's birthday is June 25, 1989, it would be typed in as
19890625.
Please make sure that you choose Coral Springs High School from the drop down
menu.
