Natural Science 3 Credits
Mathematics (Algebra 1 and above) 3 Credits

Foreign Language (same language) 2 Credits

Note: These are the Board of Regents (State of Florida) Academic Core Courses used in the Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program eligibility process. These are not to be confused with the 15 Graduation requirements used to earn a high school diploma or to qualify for a Vocational Gold Seal Scholars Award.

Board of Regents 15 Core Courses Required for Graduation.

English 4 Credits
Natural Science 3 Credits
Mathematics (Algebra 1 and above) 3 Credits
Social Studies 3 Credits
Health 1/2 Credit
Personal Fitness 1/2 Credit
Practical/Performing Art 1 credit of one OR 1/2 credit of each

Note: These are the 15 core academic courses required for a high school diploma and for the Gold Seal Vocational Scholars Award. NOTE: An additional 10 elective credits are required for a high school diploma.
