A.  President

1.  To call and preside over any meeting and any special meetings and assemblies of
     the student body.

2.  To maintain a close relationship with the administration, advisors, and students as to the projects, activities, and concerns of the Student Council.

3.  To oversee and hold the responsibility of forming the agenda for all meetings.

4.  To read and seek approval of all Student Council minutes.

5.  To attend all Student Government related functions.

6.  To enroll in and preside over the Leadership class both semesters.

7.  To assist in all Student Council fund-raising projects.

8.  Must attend attend pre-planning week one week prior to the start of school.

B.  First Vice-President

1.  To assist the President in all ways and situations.

2.  To preside over meetings and supervise activities when the President is unable.

3.  To coordinate and supervise all committees and meet with all chair people after the
     committee meetings.

4.  To have a full vote at all meetings.

5.  To assist in all Student Council fund-raising projects and attend all Student
     Government related activities.

6.  To enroll in the Leadership class.

7.  Must attend attend pre-planning week one week prior to the start of school.

C.  Second Vice-President

1.  To act as the inter-school liaison for Student Council including the BCASC, District
     VI, FASC, SASC, and NASC.

2.  To act as a liaison between Student Council and all inner-school clubs.

3.  To assist the president in all ways.

4.  To have a full vote at all meetings.

5.  To assist in all Student Council fund-raising projects and attend all Student  
                        Government related activities.

6.  To enroll in the Leadership class.

7.  Must attend attend pre-planning week one week prior to the start of school.

D.  Secretary

1.   To record and reread the minutes of all meetings.

2.   To take attendance at all meetings.

3.   To maintain files for Student Council business.

4.   To duplicate and distribute all papers of Student Council concern. 

5.   To keep an accurate record of all past Student Council activities which should
      include the reasons for their success or failure and student opinion of them.

6.   To have a full vote at all meetings.

     7.   To enroll in the Leadership class.

     8.   To conduct all corresponding concerns for the Student Council (i.e.
      announcements, memos, etc.).

9.   To formulate and type all outgoing letters and documents.

10.  To maintain a file of all correspondence.

11.  To assist in all Student Council fund-raising projects and attend all Student
 Government related activities.

12.  Must attend attend pre-planning week one week prior to the start of school.

E.  Treasurer

1.  To collect, deposit, and control all transactions of money by the Student Council
     under the supervision of the school bookkeeper and the Student Council Advisor.

2.  To be responsible for keeping an accurate record of all financial transactions at
     General Assembly meetings, or where otherwise requested.

3.  To have a full vote at all meetings.

4.  To assist in all Student Council fund-raising projects and attend all Student
     Government related activities.

5.  To enroll in the Leadership class.

6.  Must attend attend pre-planning week one week prior to the start of school.

F.  Historian

1.  To document all Student Council activities and projects.

2.  To create a scrap book at the end of each school year to memorialize the activities
     of the Student Council.

3.  To create presentations for awards at district, state, or other conventions
     attended by Student Council.

4.  To have a full vote at all meetings.

5.  To assist in all Student Council fund-raising projects and attend all Student Government related activities.

6.  To enroll in the Leadership class.

7.  Must attend attend pre-planning week one week prior to the start of school.
