Student government is trying to start something different at school this year, and we need your help.  I would like to have student council meetings that are open to all students in the school.  We feel that everyone deserves an opinion in planning school activities, not just the 30 students in leadership.  The meetings are going to be the first Wednesday of every month.  Our first meeting is Wednesday September 6th after school in room 204.  We will try to be finished by the time SCORE is over so that any athlete can attend.  If one student per organization can attend and if one person from each first hour could attend (maybe someone who walks/rides bike/drives themselves), we think communication would dramatically improve.  This could be a great goal for the future.  It will be amazing.  Not only would we discuss student council projects but we would love to hear what other organizations are doing.  The more people that get involved the better our school will be.
