Florida HOSA hosts two conferences every year. The first conference is the Leadership Development Conference (LDC), which is held in November. This conference is known as the FUN conference because LDC focuses on the development of leadership abilities through activities.
The annual State Leadership Conference (SLC) takes place in April and the top three competitors from each region in Florida come to compete in their event. This three day conference is the big event of the year with more than 1,300 students and teachers participating!
The National Leadership Conference (NLC) is hosted by National HOSA and is held in June. At this conference, the top competitors from all over the country meet to find out who is best in the nation!
