The School Advisory Council is a group intended to represent the broad school community and those persons closest to the students who will share responsibility for guiding the school toward continuous improvement. SAC is the sole body responsible for final decision making at the school relating to the implementation of the provisions of the school improvement plan (SIP).
The school advisory council shall assist in the annual preparation and evaluation of the school improvement plan. The school advisory council will also assist in the preparation of the school's annual budget. The membership of SAC includes the principal, staff members, students, parents, and business/community members.

THE AGENDA TOPIC IS TO BE "A+ FUNDS", AS CORAL SPRINGS HIGH SCHOOL RECEIVED AN "A RATING" BY IMPROVING OUR TEST SCORES FROM THE 2009-2010 SCHOOL YEAR. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF S.A.C. Great schools "row as one"' they are quite clearly in the same boat, pulling in the same direction in unison. The best schools we visited were tightly aligned communities marked by a palpable sense of "we". By contrast, struggling schools feel fractured; there is a sense that people work in the same school but not toward the same goals.
